Karate, at the right Karate school, offers a great way to reduce stress, get in shape and the enormous benefit of learning self-defense. Every class is a workout. From the moment class starts you will start moving and get your heart rate up. Once warmed up, stretching exercises are performed to help improve flexibility and prevent injury. You will leave class sweating and feeling more confident.
Melanie Moran and Jennifer Aimone have worked hard. They both started their Karate classes in 2012, although they were few months apart. In January of 2016, they earned their Black Belts together, through all the hurdles and the rewards.
